I'm reading "Seven Trends That Will Transform Local Government Through Technology", by Dr.Alan Shark at the Public Technology Institute. Using the book in some research I am doing for a graduate class. Thinking of making it required reading for all my direct reports.
Will do a short book review when I finish it. Seems to put into perspective IT challenges through the lens of local government.
